This post was hard... because no matter how many times I started over I could never quite come up with the words to say thank you enough...

So to all those vets out there, inactive and active- please know along with this thanks comes our greatest respect. Thank you for being willing to lay down your life for us. Thank you for allowing me to be a citizen of the most blessed country in this world. Especially now, living in a 3rd world country, I realize how fortunate we are. I realize that my freedom isn't free- so please know I do not take it for granted.
From our family to yours- we appreciate you more than we can possible say.

My eldest son served in the U.S. Army for 4 1/2 years, in combat in Iraq for 2 1/2.
My 2nd son is an officer in the U.S. Navy, currently training in FL to be a pilot.
On behalf of my sons ... I want to thank you, for thanking them. It means a lot to them when people acknowledge the sacrifices that they have made (and the ultimate sacrifice that some of their friends made).
Blessings to YOU and your family today!

We owe so much to the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much so that we may have our freedom.
Today I especially think of my cousin who is in Afghanastan along with all the others who are in the front lines ready to defend us whatever the cost. May God be with all of them and the ones who served our country so bravely.
AMEN! Beautifully said!
Very thankful for every vet! Our freedom is more costly than any of us could ever repay! On every level!
Love you
