The things you do for love

Our family loves the Riggs family http://www.riggsfamilyblog.com/ to pieces. We pray for them daily and Princess Abby has a special place in our hearts~ and I know many of you feel the exact same way. Aleigha and Abby have a special connection but when they were visiting this last time something funny happened. Abby claimed my 18-year-old son Travis as one of her 'boyfriends'. And well, Travis, being a sucker for cute girls, couldn't help but to be smitten by Abby as well.

Then when Abby's daddy asked people to make video's for Abby Travis couldn't resist. So, he threw aside his studly image and did this...

Absolutely anything to make Abby feel better and smile. We love you Abby girl- keep fighting and we will keep praying.
Now what can you think of to do to make Abby smile?

What a wonderful video. I, too, have tears in my eyes. It is nice to see all teens/young adults aren't like the media would like us to believe. There are plenty of great kids out there, and you have one of them!

It sure made me smile! I love your kids, Amy. They really are the best. I bet Abby was over the moon when she saw it.

Also, ahem, I think Nandi is claiming Travis for her boyfriend, too. She has demanded to watch the video, oh, about 15 times!

You are such a great kid Trav. I'm sure little Abby loved seeing you doing your tricks. Gramps says maybe you should take acting lessons next. We love you and we are also continuing to pray for little sweet Abby.

Hi,

I am a visitor from Abby's site. I had to pop over here and tell Travis that he is a very special young man. I do not know many young guys who would go through that to cheer up a four year old. May you be blessed immensely.

Hi, I just wanted to say "Travis made me cry!" What a fabulous thing for a young man to do! I have been following Abby and praying for her since last summer. I was connected to them through the Bakers. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate what Travis did for Abby!
