My husband just posted his toes in the snow at work on facebook. We still have snow on the ground up here in Vermont...
It has made me think about those who are living in colder regions. How hard it be to not have boots or shoes for your children when you live with snow and cold...
Blessed mommy of nine- 4 the regular old way, 2 adopted from Guatemala, 2 adopted through the foster system, and one adopted from Ethiopia. Our family is serving the Lord in Guatemala at Village of Hope- a home for special needs children. I'm passionate about adoption and being a mom. I'm a work in progress, utterly reliant upon God. I'm easy-going, until I freak out. Organized, until I lose something. Laid back, until someone hurts the ones I love. I love taking pictures and writing. I adore big families and people who are willing to live life in an unordinary way. Come along on my journey and watch 'as my blessings grow'.

Yes! And it's cold. There is no way I can't be reminded of this all day long. I'm collecting new and gently used shoes for when we head to Ethiopia.
So far so good, will be a perfect day for a barefoot run :)
My oh My is it hard! But very fun!
I was just so excited when I got home to kick off my boots and walk around barefoot, but it's hard without shoes
